Every truck, tractor and horse trailer that comes up the road lifts a fine plains dust that settles on siding, windows, porch rails and metal outbuildings, then bakes on when the summer sun hits it. Add hard well water spotting, wind driven grit off the prairie, and the algae that creeps up the shaded north side of a farmhouse, and a property that was clean in April can look tired by July. Owner Garrett built this company on soft washing, a low pressure method that lifts that grime without forcing water behind siding or stripping paint from an older ranch house.
